Information Collection and Use
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

• Calendar events and contacts information
We collect such information when events are created in the app or data synced through third party apps. For example, we may send birthday gift promotions when your friend’s birthday is approaching.
• Usage behaviour and pattern
We collect data that can describe your usage behaviour and pattern to help us improve our products. These data include but not exclusive to session usage duration, screen usage, button clicks tracking, app screenshots, scrolling speed and app open.
• Information about payments
If you use our Services for purchases or financial transactions (e.g. make a purchase in the app or make a donation), we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, and other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our sites and/or mobile apps, navigate our sites, use our apps, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, share a location, use location related services, use messaging features, play a game, use any features in the app, use live chat, contact us for support and/or provide feedback, import calendar events from personal calendar app(s), create calendar events or enter information on our sites and/or apps.
How do we use your information?

How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
We do not use Malware Scanning.
Most of the time, your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
In certain situations, the system or part of the system may not be behind secured networks and not encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
For your convenience we may store your credit card information kept for more than 60 days in order to expedite future orders, and to automate the billing process.
Do we disclose the information we collect to Third-Parties?
We sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your name, address, city, town, any form or online contact identifier email, location, name of chat account etc., screen name or user names, phone number, other personal information, SSN, cookie number, IP address device serial number, unique device identifier and Personally Identifiable Information.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
We will notify the users via in-site notification when a notification system to notify users is available for notification jobs.

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
